Keith Murrell has been appointed head of operations for Capital Home Loans Mortgages. He feels he has a major job role in the company and is looking to take the firm to another extent

When he was in the process changing to CHL he spent many years as an IT director at Abbey and worked in functioning roles at Midland Bank, Mortgage Systems and Wagon Finance.

Managing director of CHL Mortgages Bob Young, stated: “We are delighted to announce that Murrell has taken on the new role of head of operations where he will be responsible for all CHL’s pre- and post-completion services.

Murrell adds: “CHL is not standing still and Murrells’s appointment and the highly experienced team he leads proves our ongoing commitment to our customer’s needs. I’m very much looking forward to taking on this new head of operations role within CHL.

“These include a focus on improving our telephone services plus a variety of programmes that will deliver enhanced online systems for intermediaries. These operational enhancements and improvements will take CHL on to the next level of our development.”
